We want you to love your Aura Beauty purchase!

If for any reason you’re not happy, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days for a refund or store credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
